The car rental company provided excellent service. I had booked a Mazda 2, but the rental company explained that they never had Mazda cars and it was an error on the QEEQ platform. However, they upgraded me to a higher engine capacity vehicle, which made me very satisfied. The staff was enthusiastic and had a great attitude. The rental location was easy to find. After picking up my luggage, it's to the left of the lobby near Door 1. The car was parked in the parking lot to the left after exiting, very close. Returning the car was also at the same location. As soon as I drove into the parking lot, a staff member came over to inspect the car. The inspection process was simple, and after signing a form, I went to the airport lobby to find the rental company. I handed them the paperwork and just signed another form to complete the process.

Very satisfied, it would be better if there were more cars available.

Staff was friendly and helpful when approached. It will be good that location of gas station near the airport was provided in the contact so as we need not hunting high n low for filling up the fuel when drop off the rental car.

The wiper is very bad so when we drove in the rain at night, it is quite dangerous so recommend to change it more often. The brand logo is loose so when we drive to Chiang Rai and the road is a bit rough, the logo is gone
