The car was easy to drive, and the staff were attentive and enthusiastic.

Reliable and meticulous

Overall is fine, but the 2 female staff that serve me not so professional and lack of smile, maybe is because of communication in English not so fluent for them. Example when I pick up the car they should ask me or give me the foreigners on driving sticker instead I ask for it. The rest everything was smoothly done.

The 24 hrs online help was excellent, love that services and definitely will continue using easyrentcars in the future.

Like: Car was slightly smaller than I expected but not too bad. Extremely fuel efficient so a net positive.
Dislike: The staff didn’t think to include an ETC (auto toll device) even though I asked about it and there was a car reader in the vehicle. For a >2 week rental that should be the default approach. If you are renting in Japan make sure they include it or you will be messing about with cash at toll gates (or worse, finding gates not opening as you expect).
