Overall service was satisfactory, but it would be ideal if they proactively offered ETC devices to customers. This time, they didn't provide ETC, which caused inconvenience.

The staff went to handle other matters (there was only one person), encountered a traffic delay on the way back, resulting in me picking up the car more than an hour late. This made my trip to Makaino Farm in the Tokyo suburbs a complete waste of a day as they stopped selling tickets at 2 PM due to their training. The staff's apology seemed sincere, but the customer service and management were full of excuses from the very beginning and were extremely perfunctory when discussing compensation. Completely untrustworthy.

Does a discount car mean a dilapidated car? Does buying a discounted phone mean buying an old phone? What kind of reasoning is this? An old model is acceptable, but not one that's in terrible condition, with a weak engine and no rearview camera. What era is this car from? Can you really rent this to customers? I will never rent from you again to avoid any impact on my trip!

- Customer service was very proactive in reaching out once the booking is confirmed. Along the way till the collection, there was regular touch point to finalise my booking to add snow tyres, etc rental etc - Pick up at Airport which is very helpful. They were in contact to help me locate them - No counter at the airport, handover was carried out at the carpark - Handover was in Tokyo at my hotel which is very convenient - Rather surprised and disappointed with the condition of the car. Rather old, lots of scratches and just look unappealing - Performance of the car was average. The car lacks power and it is especially challenging in Japan's hilly condition

Good platform to pull the available resources for customer. So it is good.

Everything was a breeze. Flexibility to arrange to return the car at our preferred location instead of the designated point for a fee.
