Economical and convenient and good customer service

The car was in good condition, the pick-up and drop-off process was convenient, and the service attitude was excellent.

The steering wheel is not functioning properly.

It was a very good car rental experience. We found the store immediately after exiting the airport. The staff, including a guy and a lady, explained everything clearly in English. When picking up the car, the guy even helped us with our luggage without asking for a tip. We wanted to give him 50 THB, but we only had a 1000 THB bill, so we didn't. We are sincerely grateful. The actual car we got was a Nissan Sunny in excellent condition with only about 10,000 kilometers. Overall, we are very satisfied.

受付カウンターではなく、電話連絡でした。連絡後、直ぐに車を用意してくれ、待ち時間無しで利用できました。また、返却も空港の指定場所にて待合せを行い、スムーズに返却出来ました。総じて、受付カウンターが無くても、問題無かったです。

毎回、アプリで予約して利用させて頂いています。非常に使いやすく満足しています。
