During my trip to Taiwan, I was fortunate to experience an excellent car rental service. From the very beginning, the staff showed incredible enthusiasm and provided detailed introductions to the vehicle's various features and operations, filling me with expectations for the journey ahead. Their service was not only friendly but also very attentive. They specifically mentioned Taiwan's traffic conditions and important safety precautions, which made me feel well cared for. Regarding the vehicle, the car I rented was a model that was only one year old, and I was very satisfied with both its performance and appearance. During the short 8-day trip, I drove nearly 1,000 kilometers, and the fuel cost was only about 1,200 TWD, making it highly fuel-efficient. Overall, the condition of the car was excellent and added great joy to my journey. However, there was one drawback. When receiving the vehicle, I noticed one tire looked flat and informed the staff, but their response was that it was naturally like that. Later, the car's system indicated low tire pressure, so I contacted customer service. I went to a gas station to inflate the tire and had it checked at the rental company's service center, and thankfully, it turned out to be nothing serious. It did not significantly affect my trip. In summary, my car rental experience was very pleasant, and I was satisfied with both the service and the vehicle. It was a simple process to collect the car at taoyuan Taipei international airport. Just call the given number and a shuttle van picked us up and straight to the collection point which is near to the airport. Vice versa for car return. Car was new and in clean condition. Oh yes, there was a further discount on rental price just before car collection. Small but sweet gesture from qeeq.com.

Rented a Honda Fit and car condition was excellent. Service is good. It's abit squeezy for 3 adults + 1 kid though. They even made a small booklet for 1st timer to explain the driving and parking rules in Taiwan (e.g never park along red line), to me, that was very very useful reference. Counter staff is also very helpful to go through once more about the rules in the booklet. Car return is also very efficiently done. The rental process is very pleasant!

Encountered a problem during collection as the number to call (+886-3-3862555) doesn't work, always goes to a voicemail. Was stranded in the airport for a while. Luckily the Taoyuan airport information counter staff has a list of phone numbers and managed to locate the rental company (They found IWS via the phone number instead of QEEQ). And gave me a different toll-free number that WORKS!

Making the call was a bit confusing as we didn't know which no to skip. Only dial last 8 no. if using public phone. Waited ard 15 min for pick up due to traffic jam. Wait outside at no. 18 and look for staff wearing the IWS blue yellow T-shirt. Getting and returning car was very fast, car is new. Staff brought us back to airport with our hired car.
