I provided the flight number and arrival time, yet they were still over two hours late delivering the car. There is no storefront at the airport; both pickup and drop-off happen in the parking lot. I was charged a $10 car wash fee upon return. The car itself was fairly new with only 3,000 kilometers, and the service was okay.
