Once I paid the $75 for insurance, the deposit was reduced to $1000 and successfully processed. The vehicle's condition was also not ideal—the remote control often failed to work, and when using the key, the alarm could not be turned off, causing it to go off continuously during the trip. This company is a reputable international company, and I have frequently rented cars from them. However, this was the first time I encountered such issues. In other countries, the same company's services were excellent.
