3. The car company’s location, phone number, and the temporary contact provided by the platform were incorrect, making the return process extremely difficult. Communication issues forced me to seek assistance from multiple locals before resolving the matter, which caused further delays.
The platform staff were proactive in addressing the issues, which I greatly appreciate. However, the rental company's staff showed no attitude or response regarding the inconvenience caused by the vehicle problems.
