Cons: The store lacks clear signage, and the pickup instructions were too vague. The store is on the second floor of the airport without any AddCar logo, only Autounion. It's not easy to identify. For this booking, I was able to rent a car on the 15th using a translated license from QEEQ, but on the 21st, I was denied and told I needed an international driving permit. After the staff consulted the boss, the boss admitted they had made a mistake!!! Even if they made a mistake, why could I still use the same license to book a car through the platform, and why did the rental company confirm it? This is an issue with communication between the platform and the car rental company.
