Great, very satisfied

The staff is very impolite, didn’t even say hello and didn’t explain the process of the car hire. I waited over 30 minutes for the car to be ready.

We chose this company as it was airport collection. We therefore expected someone to be waiting for us when we arrived. Instead after waiting 45 minutes we discovered by accident that there was an avance counter hidden away in the airport that we were supposed to go to. There were no instructions telling us this in the booking info. At the counter the staff member was rude and unhelpful. I mentioned that we had tried to ring the number on the booking form many times, she said we should have dialled 30 in front of the number on the form, like we should have known that when in reality it should’ve been documented. In her eyes it was our fault, and she offered no apology! We had to go outside and upstairs and wait for a shuttle to the collection point even though we booked an airport pick up. The driver threw us around in the car like it was a fairground ride. Fortunately drop off was better.

My only gripe is that on the documentation when booking it was stated that the pick up point was located in airport car park. This is not true. It is infact located approximately quarter of a mile away on the main road opposite entrance to airport. No transfer service just a long walk after a long flight with luggage and kids in 30c plus heat! On returning the car and after i dropped partner, kids and luggage at departures they were kind enough after request to drop me back at departures to save the walk again.

The car was perfectly fine for our needs. It was very clean and tidy. The staff at pick up and drop off were friendly and helpful. I would use the company again.

I needed to alter the name and details of the main driver, but was informed that I could only do so by cancelling my booking and re-booking with the amendments. That was a bit of a nuisance and I am sure the software could be rewritten to accommodate any changes.
