I have been using this company for car rentals recently, and it offers great value for money.

The car rental company provided excellent service. I had reserved a Mazda 2, but the rental company explained that they never had Mazda cars and that it was a labeling error on the QEEQ platform. However, they were willing to upgrade the vehicle's engine capacity, which made me very satisfied. The staff was friendly and had a great attitude. The rental location was easy to find—after picking up my luggage, it was on the left side of the lobby near Gate 1. The car was parked in the parking lot to the left of the exit, which was very close. Returning the car was also at the same location. As soon as I drove into the parking lot, a staff member approached to inspect the car. The inspection process was simple; after signing the form, I went to the rental desk in the airport lobby to hand over the form, signed another document, and I was done.

Everything fine. Just only feel crack when u have to return the car back. Especially the booth in the airport and we travel with the baby. That we need to go to the gate for scan. I know it not your fault. But if u could improve the way to drop off the car more convenient for guest will be super perfect. By the way thank you for your service. We love our car and we will be back again
