Panek is a fraud. They charged me for damages there is no way I'm responsible for.

Just do yourself a favour and never book car rentals with Panek unless you're ready to purchase their hefty insurance package. Their staff acts like they're doing you a favour by renting you the car. Fortunately, I documented the car’s condition with a video upon pickup. This turned out to be crucial, as I was later quoted an absurd £1,600 for the same damages that were already present at the time of pick up. The worst experience whatsoever.

QEEQ is a decent booking platform overall, but there’s significant room for improvement when it comes to their customer service. I encountered a frustrating experience trying to explain that the car I received was a downgrade from the one I had actually booked. Even after providing clear evidence with the category and pricing options, I struggled to get them to acknowledge the issue. Unfortunately, after multiple attempts, I ultimately gave up and had to settle for the car I was given.

The car was fine. It's just that the fuel gauge showed full when I picked it up, but it dropped really quickly when I started driving. After refueling, this issue didn't occur again. I suspect the tank wasn't full at pickup.

All excellent, except finding the pick up which is located in the sass of the entry of the airport,location you would never look to.

Panek pick up and drop off points are clearly noted on the website, however very difficult to find in reality. If booking, ensure that you are clear on where to locate them and in some cases (particularly drop off) there is no office, just a key drop off.

The stAff was extremely helpful both on the helpdesk and over the phone (with queries regarding drop off location hidden in a shopping centre car park which even the shopping centre information point didnt know about)
