Communication via WhatsApp was simple and straightforward. Pickup required waiting for a shuttle (on the 14th). The return location was at Hello, accessible via a small road, and following GPS directions is essential. Ensure to return the car with a full tank and keep the receipt.
Overall service is okay, except the car is quite old (accident damage not repaired, multiple scratches, visible wheel damage). Other services are good.
The counter staff were fantastic & went over & above. One of the young ladies helped set up the car navigation system in English for me so that I could easily get to our accommodation.
