There was no wait for the car when I picked up and the staff was very nice and friendly for the return.

QEEQ had incorrect drop off information which added about an hour to my return trip!

The car was in pretty terrible condition. The engine light was on (we were told they recently replaced it and didn't have time to reset the settings). The gas was only a 1/4 full (though they initially told us it was full). The AV system did not work. The location was incredibly difficult to find (it was listed as "in terminal" pickup, but ended up being 20min away at some random place that did not have an office or sign). The only saving grace was that the associates who worked there were easy to communicate with and accommodated picking up the car at the airport (as was originally advertised on QEEQ).

The staff was a foreigner who couldn't speak English but spoke Japanese, which was quite interesting. The car was a bit old and struggled slightly while driving in the mountains of Yamanashi. Next time, I will choose a car with more horsepower.

The service attitude was great, they delivered the car to the airport.

Smooth communication in English. Although the car is small and has 70,000 miles, the power system and interior are well-maintained.

I appreciate the feeling of trust and being well-served. Trust means no deposit is required, and no car inspection is needed when returning the vehicle. Service means you can simply park at the airport's parking lot without the need to visit a rental office. Convenient and hassle-free.

Though the van itself had issues and had to be replace midway through our trip, the customer service at M7 was excellent. When we first picked up our van, Gus offered us umbrellas to use throughout out rental time in case of rain. Then when we had car trouble he took responsibility for it and replace our van with a new one the next morning. Gus was excellent to work with.

Although we never saw a representative from the car rental company from pickup to drop-off, the whole process went very smoothly!

Car was old and no water in windshield wipers.we had a replacement car when it got a flat tire.which was newer but the headlight were not adajusted properly.

Overall satisfied, but the store is quite far from the airport and requires a shuttle bus.
