Airport was newly rebuilt and so had poor signage. Not the fault of car rental company.

Very quick response to my question before renting

Picking up and returning the car were both very convenient. The return process was smooth and quick, and the car had only been driven for over 20,000 kilometers.

Although I couldn't get the car I reserved in advance, the overall service was very good. When I wanted to extend the rental period during the trip, I called to inquire and they provided several options.

I was a bit unhappy about not getting the car I reserved, but overall the service was very good!

The Hyundai H1 was in great condition. There were 6 of us, and we managed to fit 4 carry-on suitcases (20-inch) and 1 large suitcase (28-inch), which was very convenient. The only downside was the lack of a phone holder in the car, which was a bit inconvenient. Next time, I'll make sure to ask the staff or bring my own.
