  It was my first time renting a car, and I encountered a situation where the store claimed they couldn't find my prepaid order in their system and asked me to cancel and re-sign the contract on-site. It's frustrating. I hope the system integration improves in the future.

  I got a free upgrade from Corolla to Sonata, but the previous car user was a smoker and it took a couple of days to get rid of smell. Also the high beam didn't work. According to contact should be tank full to full, but the real case was same to same and the car delivered with almost empty tank (less than 70Km)
