The car had no fuel when picked up at the airport. We found the pick-up point because a local driver held up a sign. When exchanging the car, their staff had to be there instead of doing it ourselves. Neither pickup nor drop-off was at the airport, and they charged an extra fuel fee of 500.

Overall, it was decent. However, the staff initially entered the credit card security code incorrectly, causing the card to be locked. They even claimed it was due to my card's limit and that I couldn't pay the deposit, which almost resulted in me being unable to pick up the car. Later, a fellow traveler from the same country helped me pay with their card, and I had to call the bank myself to unlock the card afterward.

This was my fourth time using Zuzuche’s service, but it was extremely unsatisfactory this time. We were four people with 24-inch luggage. I chose a car that was supposed to fit 4 people and 3 pieces of luggage, but somehow the booking ended up being for 2 people and 3 pieces of luggage. We had to request a car change on the spot and pay an extra 150 euros in cash without receiving a receipt, and they gave us a manual transmission vehicle temporarily. Luckily, we were traveling with seven people in two cars, so we managed to cope for 10 days. We were constantly negotiating with the company to switch vehicles. Customer service agent 9832 claimed they couldn’t reach the rental company and suggested the problem might have been caused by us—for example, the car couldn’t be locked. It later turned out the issue was with the key itself. From now on, I’ll book directly through the rental platform. I initially used Zuzuche to avoid communication hassles, but in the end, all issues had to be resolved by us. Even replacing the key had to be arranged by the hotel front desk calling Enterprise on our behalf. At least for Turkey, I would recommend caution. In the future, I will deal directly with car rental companies.

Avoid this company at all costs! Horrible experience throughout the three days of car usage. 1. We rented a 9-seater vehicle for 8 people. At the airport pickup, the staff decided to drop off other customers first because we had elderly and children who were slow to come out. We agreed to this, but ended up waiting for 30-40 minutes. Calling them was useless as the phone was either unanswered or the person on the line couldn't speak English. Eventually, we walked to their office to find them ourselves. 2. The car was in terrible condition. The exterior was full of dents and scratches, and the fuel tank was nearly empty when we got the vehicle. On the second day, the tire pressure warning light turned red. When we called the rental company, the person answering the phone still couldn't speak English, making communication impossible. We went to their office, and the staff told us it was fine and to keep driving. 3. The worst part came on the third day. At around 5 PM on the highway, the car suddenly displayed a warning about engine issues along with three or four red lights. Once again, the phone line was answered by someone who couldn't communicate in English. We had to contact the rental company through Zuzuche (the booking platform) while nervously driving to the hotel. The engine problem continued to trouble us, and Zuzuche was very helpful, contacting the rental company repeatedly. Finally, at 8:30 AM the next day, the rental company responded, saying the car was fine and could be driven as usual. Overall, their service attitude was poor, the vehicle condition terrible, and communication incredibly difficult due to the language barrier. Highly not recommended!

Circular staff at Nevşehir Airport were very unprofessional. The rental form had no contact details, and there was no office within the airport. We waited outside the airport for half an hour before the staff finally showed up. This company requires you to write down your credit card's security code, not just a simple pre-authorization! When we tried to negotiate, the staff was very rude. They also charged an extra 29 EUR for one-way rental and 3 EUR for airport fees, despite us having full insurance. Furthermore, they don't have a designated drop-off point at Ankara Airport; you need to contact the staff by phone.

For those who will pick up their cars in the future, be aware that the rental company's office is only open when flights arrive. It’s deserted at other times.
