The pick-up process was quite fast, but the car provided wasn't a Mercedes Vito—it was a Fiat, which was bigger. When returning the car, they claimed it was dirty and wanted to charge over 4000 lira for cleaning. Luckily, we had spare time and cleaned it ourselves in 5 minutes, saving over 800 RMB.

Terrible location and poor service! The staff at the store refused to let me use their phone to call the police. I had to pay extra charges for mileage when extending my rental. Dissatisfied and not recommended. They didn't provide the reserved vehicle, giving a lower-grade one instead. They were aware that cancellation was impossible since the process had already exceeded the allowed time. Ultimately, they recommended an extremely expensive insurance costing 16 euros per day. Now, after returning the vehicle for 16 days, they still haven't provided invoices for highway fees, insurance charges, etc., and the deposit hasn't been refunded.

A terrible car rental experience. Absolutely avoid this company. They provided a car with numerous scratches, clearly intentional, and it's uncertain how many people have been scammed this way. The prior damages might have been caused by accidental bumps, but the condition of the car is almost identical to how it was before renting. They deducted the entire deposit and the car came with almost no fuel—just enough to drive a few kilometers, forcing you to refuel immediately. When returning the car, it's impossible to return it with no fuel since you'd risk breaking down on the way. This allows them to profit from the leftover fuel you return with.

When we picked up the car, the fuel tank was empty. The staff only focused on getting our signatures and did not inform us that the car had no fuel! I understand English, so they could have told me, but even without that, there are translation apps they could have used to notify me. They didn't say anything! We drove about 10 kilometers and had to stop by the roadside because the car ran out of fuel. Most importantly, when we called the company, no one answered! Another issue: the car they gave us was extremely dangerous. A maintenance warning light came on as soon as we started driving! They just took a lot of photos when handing over the car and didn't explain any important details. It feels like they only care about making money and not about our safety! At the gas station, we stopped and had someone inspect the car, and they told us the tire pressure was uneven and the wheels were loose! We had to get it repaired ourselves. When we asked to change the car, after a lot of back and forth, they told us there was no available car in the area. We were in the capital city, Ankara! I don't even want to talk about the return process. Overall, it was a terrible experience! Everyone, please spend a bit more money to rent a car at the airport, and go for a major car rental company. Avoid these kinds of rental agencies that do not ensure your safety!!

Purchased comprehensive insurance for peace of mind, but at pickup the staff mentioned that in case of an accident, they wouldn't handle it directly. Instead, I would have to pay upfront and request reimbursement from Zuzuche, and there's also a deductible. Their explanation was not reassuring at all. Contacted Zuzuche customer service, and they also mentioned the deductible. Totally confused about the whole situation, but fortunately, the trip went smoothly without any incident.

It was an excellent car rental experience. The car rental company showed a SEAT model, but upon picking it up, I realized it was actually a Peugeot 5008. The car was easy to drive, a diesel vehicle with great power and uphill ability. It had spacious interior space, with the trunk able to hold four large suitcases and even some small backpacks. The vehicle was very new, and it performed wonderfully during the 2800+ kilometers of our road trip. The staff at the rental company were also very attentive. Overall, I’m extremely grateful and very happy with this car rental experience.

Europcar is very helpful. I changed my drop off location from the initial goreme location to the airport. Also, even at the airport, I dropped the car at the parking lot just outside departure gates and kept the key at the Car pick up area of Europcar in the departure. We were given a Fiat CROSS, which is similar to an SUV and a station wagon. The tires are bigger than those of a regular sedan, and the chassis is slightly higher. The diesel engine is powerful and fuel-efficient. The car was very new, with only 5,500 kilometers on the odometer. We drove 3,500 kilometers with an average fuel consumption of 5 liters per 100 kilometers. There was a small paint chip about the size of a fingernail on the front hood, which was already noted on the delivery form when we picked up the car. The return inspection was very simple and completed within a few minutes.

The car rental company is located near the airport. The quality of the tires on the car I rented was poor, and during my trip, one of the tires burst on the road. Luckily, it happened near a gas station, which had a nearby car repair shop. The shop owner drove over to replace the damaged tire and showed me cracks on other tires as well. This scared me, and I ended up driving slowly for the rest of the trip. The tire replacement cost 1500 lira. The rental company initially agreed to reimburse me when I returned the car but then said they would refund it to my credit card. Later, they claimed the amount was deducted from the toll fees. After requesting the toll fee breakdown, I found that the 1500 lira wasn't deducted. The company then said that driving with a burst tire had damaged the rim, so they wouldn't reimburse the 1500 lira. In summary, the company refused to pay back the money.

Make sure to insist on receiving the vehicle you booked or one of the same class. We had booked a compact MPV because we had a lot of luggage. Initially, the company told us there was an issue with the car we chose and offered a downgraded Opel Crossland as a replacement, which we agreed to. However, upon arrival at the airport, we were presented with a red Citroën C4, claiming that the agreed Opel vehicle also had issues. The trunk of the Citroën couldn't fit the luggage for four people, forcing us to negotiate with the platform to switch to a same-class vehicle in Izmir. Although the process started with some complications, the trip became very enjoyable after switching cars. Finally, when picking up the car, take a 360-degree video to thoroughly document the car's condition to avoid any disputes when returning it.

There is no storefront at the airport, only pick-up service is provided. With the help of QEEQ's customer service, I successfully picked up the car. The vehicle was in overall good condition with an intact paint finish, and the inspection needs to be thorough. While driving on snowy roads, the front bumper had a minor scratch on the lower left side, and I had to compensate when returning the car. Negotiating the compensation is possible; the initial asking price was 250 euros, but settled at 100 euros, comparable to paint repairs in domestic settings. Though the rental company is small, it operates professionally, with the main challenge being the language barrier. Tolls on highways are deducted directly from the 900-euro deposit. I was stopped by police in Nevşehir for speeding—110 km limit exceeded at 138 km—and fined 4500 liras. The payment was made the next day at the tax office of Safranbolu municipality. Paying within 15 days allows a 75% discount, but they only accept cash. In winter, it's recommended to take main roads, as rural paths suggested by Google Maps could have snow and ice buildup, posing safety risks.

The reception staff had a poor attitude and provided a vehicle of lower quality than the one originally reserved. The vehicle was the most basic model with manual rear windows and no parking sensors. They forced me to pay 4000 lira for highway fees, while the actual highway fees in Turkey are less than 1000 lira. Other rental companies charge highway fees based on actual costs. The rental cost here was over 1300 lira higher than on other platforms during the same period, and the vehicle model was several levels lower in quality.

When we arrived at the car rental shop, the staff told us that we only had basic insurance and asked us to purchase additional coverage. We had already bought super insurance, so we contacted the Zuzuche platform. After several phone calls back and forth, we finally figured out that the additional insurance we purchased was provided by a domestic company and had no relation to the rental company. Zuzuche didn’t emphasize this upfront, so we were unaware, which caused an hour of hassle. Then there was the issue with the credit card guarantee. We provided a Bank of China VISA chip card that fully met Zuzuche's requirements, but it couldn’t be used for the security deposit. This issue couldn’t be solved, and we couldn’t pick up the car. The rental company demanded €100 for premium insurance and an additional €180 deposit before allowing us to proceed. We arrived at the airport at 10 AM but didn’t get the car until 1:30 PM. On the positive side, Zuzuche refunded us ¥562 for the super insurance. Additionally, the €180 deposit has not yet been returned, though they mentioned it could take up to a month, so it’s still within the timeframe.

The quote from Zuzuche includes mileage, but the actual store doesn't acknowledge it and forces you to purchase additional mileage. Various ways of scamming your money—extra fuel charges included, and it's unclear whether they refunded them.

Absolutely do not rent from this company. They lure you with low prices and then scam you with the deposit. The basic insurance they offer has a deductible, and at the store, they push their own insurance. I declined and paid a deposit of 900 euros. They said this would cover any accidents or traffic violations. When I returned the car, there was a minor scratch on the front right side, but they charged the entire deposit. Despite multiple communications with Zuzuche, there was no resolution, and there was no proof of damage assessment or repair. This company is a fraud.

Car pick-up was easy and straightforward. A company representative met us at the arrivals hall and took us directly to the parking lot opposite. After verifying and inspecting the car, we received the keys. No unnecessary questions or explanations about operating the vehicle. They just informed us that the car had no gas and could only drive for about 10 kilometers. We also had to pay the parking fee ourselves when leaving the lot. I asked the parking attendant where the nearest gas station was, but he didn't speak English. Without further ado, I drove out of the airport, avoiding highways and overpasses, sticking to surface roads to find a gas station. I stopped on the side of the road and flagged down a taxi to ask the driver. He didn't know either. Just when I was about to despair, a passenger in the taxi told me to follow him. People in Islamic countries are actually very friendly, haha.

The car I got was not the model shown in my booking. I had to drive back to pick up point to request to change to another car after picking up the car as alert "Low Tyre Pressure" was lit on car's control panel. Later, the car they replaced was in very dusty and dirt condition. In addition, alert "ad blue low level" was lit and I have to refill the ad blue by myself on my way after driving the replaced car for a few hours. Fortunately, the rest of all was working fine.

The service was terrible. I requested a sedan but was given a hatchback. It was late that day, and when they delivered the car to the terminal, only a hatchback was available. Their attitude was awful, basically like they didn't care. The worst part was all the unnecessary deposits they asked for, along with various miscellaneous charges. The car they gave was in poor condition, very noisy, and sounded like a tractor when reaching 90 km/h.

I returned the car on January 21st, and the staff said they would refund the deposit within 2-3 working days. Today is February 12th, and I still haven't received the deposit. The staff on WhatsApp is now completely ignoring me. I've never encountered such a company!! Also, the car had no fuel when I picked it up.

Horrible experience worst car rental agency in the world they don't have vw office at the airport they get me the car delivered to my hotel at 11:23pm and i was forced to take taxi to the hotel and pay for it now lets talk about the horrible car one of the dirtiest in the world they get me the car with empty tank dirty so much it look disgusting last thing they was trying to change road toll 470 turkish lira when i refused to pay without giving me proof for this amount then they mailed me the toll report tge second day to find out it was o my 160 turkish lira.

I'm about to have surgery in a couple of days, otherwise I would definitely write about this terrible car rental experience. Even though it's clearly stated in the contract that the young driver fee is included, they still made me pay it at the store. Fine, I paid it, but the attitude when returning the car was horrible. The rental company's staff refused to answer the phone in front of me, pretending not to hear, and then made me pay additional charges. They said they were in a hurry to go home and urged me to be quick. The agreed time was 9 AM, but I arrived at 6 AM and was still rushed. They found all sorts of excuses to charge me more, including road tolls and extension fees, along with the young driver fee again. I showed them proof of toll payments, but they crumpled the receipts and threw them in the trash. I had to retrieve them from the trash myself. They didn't even use a pre-authorization; they directly charged my card. This was the worst car rental experience of my life. Please, Rental Platform, be more cautious in choosing your partners. Don't let such rental companies tarnish your reputation.

Rented a renault clio car. Renault clio gave the symbol because there was no vehicle available.If the company does not have a rented car, an upper segment car should have been given. There are no fixed pick-up and drop-off points. Initially, the number given by the company was invalid. Both picking up and returning the car took over an hour. When calling to return the car, the person on the other end said 'no English'. Am I expected to communicate in Turkish? If so, please indicate 'customers must speak Turkish' in the notes next time. Regarding the car, we booked a Corolla but received a Renault, which is not what we ordered. Additionally, the gas tank was nearly empty when delivered. They said we should return it with the same amount of fuel, but how can one guarantee to use it all up exactly? This seems unfair. Overall, it was a very poor rental experience.

This company has no desk at the airport. The provided phone number was unclear with an extra area code, making me make over ten international calls, costing me 170 RMB. The so-called seven-seater was not as expected. The seventh seat could only be used by removing the luggage compartment cover, which was very small and only held four pieces of luggage, so we had to rent another car. The second car was manual, which wasn’t clearly communicated, causing us a lot of trouble. The person who delivered the car didn’t speak any English, so we had to communicate through numerous phone calls with the company. Main points: 1. The car wasn’t as described, resulting in extra costs for the customer. 2. The poor communication service wasted our time and money. This was the worst experience among all my rentals from Zuzuche, making me doubt their service and influencing my future choices.

After getting off the plane, passing through customs, and collecting our luggage, we saw a row of rental car company counters about 100 meters away in the arrivals hall. An employee from Thrifty seemed inexperienced and was unsure of what information to enter into the computer form. He kept pushing for additional insurance. The whole process of picking up the car took over an hour, and they placed a 750 Lira hold on my credit card. The notarized Chinese driver's license that I had painstakingly prepared in advance was not needed; showing the original Chinese driver's license was sufficient. After completing the paperwork, the rental company did not require us to take a shuttle; they directly brought the car to the airport arrivals parking lot. The car was a Hyundai with 10,000 kilometers on it, still fairly new. When we refueled for the first time, we realized it was a diesel car. When returning the car, we couldn't find the 'Return Car' sign, so we drove directly into the airport parking lot and went to the counter to return it. It was very convenient, but we had to pay an additional parking fee of around ten liras. In Turkey, every vehicle is equipped with an automatic toll module; there are no manual toll collectors. There are two toll companies, and our car was registered under HGS. We just had to pass through the HGS gates at toll points. However, twice when entering, the green light did not turn on, indicating that the toll module was not detected, which caused the sensor to beep at the exit. We were fined 33 liras for each of these instances. Normally, four hours on the highway costs only 12 liras. Yesterday, my credit card was charged a total of 75 liras for tolls, which is not too much.

This was the worst car rental experience ever. Thrifty's counter in Istanbul is in the domestic terminal, which is quite a long way if you arrive internationally. After finally finding it on my own, I arrived at my scheduled pickup time of 6:30 PM, but the staff were very slow. I had purchased extra full insurance through QEEQ beforehand, but the Thrifty staff didn't accept it, insisting that I had to buy their full insurance, or they wouldn't give me the car. The SIM cards at Istanbul Airport are expensive, and I planned to buy one outside the airport, but I had no choice but to buy an overpriced one at the airport to call QEEQ customer service. Due to the late hour and the upcoming Lunar New Year, QEEQ's customer service verbally agreed to help me cancel the insurance I bought in my home country. Finally, after all this hassle, I left the airport with the car at around 9 PM!!!! And it gets worse... When I checked the tires at pickup, I found they were nearly worn out, but the staff refused to change the car. I had to drive away with tires that had almost no tread. Later, a historic snowfall hit Istanbul… the car got stuck countless times… Overall, it was a very unpleasant rental experience. I chose Thrifty because their prices seemed cheaper. I strongly advise anyone coming to Turkey not to choose them!!! Not to choose them!!! Not to choose them!!! I've said it three times because it’s important!!! It's a total scam!!! Better go with a major car rental company!!!

Firstly, I think the information on the QEEQ website is very problematic and does not match the actual situation. 1. The car pickup point at the Asian airport is not only outside the airport but also 3 kilometers away. You must call the car rental company to have someone bring the car. This is extremely inconvenient for those of us who do not want to buy a SIM card and are not allowed to use international roaming. 2. QEEQ insisted that we need an international driving permit before the trip. After repeatedly calling internationally and upon arriving in Turkey, we were told that a translation document suffices. 3. The manager of the car rental company was very enthusiastic, but one guy was very cunning, trying to persuade us to refuel with the best gasoline, although regular gasoline would have been fine. No other upselling; overall, it felt good.

The service was good. After landing at the airport, I contacted them by phone and staff showed up. They gave me a white Renault, which was the car I had booked. It had only been driven over 10,000 kilometers and was very easy to drive. It accompanied me through the grasslands and along the coastal roads without any problems.
