Europcar operates from an off-airport location, a short drive from Melbourne Airport Terminals. Please take the shuttle bus provided by SkyPark, which features "SkyPark" branding on the front, side, and back. After collecting your luggage, call our office at +61 (0) 3 93306161 to arrange the shuttle bus pickup. If you're unable to get through via the phone line, proceed directly to the shuttle bus pickup point. On the arrivals level, exit through the main doors. For those not arriving at Melbourne Airport, please go directly to the station at 189D South Centre Road, Tullamarine Vic 3030.

Please return the vehicle directly to the SkyPark car park at : 189D South Centre Road, Tullamarine Vic 3030. Afterward, take the SkyPark shuttle back to the airport.

    Terrible experience. The car return location at Sydney Airport is not near the terminal, making it very difficult to find. This caused me to be over an hour late in returning the car, and they charged me an additional full day's rental. When I complained to customer service, they said it's their policy. This company is staffed entirely by people from India, and their heavy accents make communication difficult. They overcharge unfairly. Very bad review!

    I reserved a RAV4 Hybrid nearly two months in advance, but when I arrived at the store, they still told me there were no cars available. I don’t understand the point of booking ahead if this happens. On top of that, even if they were giving me a replacement vehicle, couldn’t they at least give me another hybrid? Instead, they handed me a diesel Hyundai, which is clearly not on the same level. The whole reason I booked a hybrid was to save on fuel costs, and they swapped it with something that has fuel costs even higher than gasoline—a diesel car that ended up costing over a thousand in fuel expenses. Very disappointing.

    The Melbourne Airport branch is located outside the airport. The counter staff do not speak Chinese, and we waited a long time for the shuttle bus. When we arrived at the branch, we showed them the printed booking confirmation. We were renting the car for eight days, and the quoted cost at the branch was 826 AUD. However, they wanted to charge 1122 AUD. We questioned this, and the staff said it was because we hadn't paid the one-way rental fee. Confused, we signed the paperwork. When returning the car, we realized they had calculated the rental as nine days and added the one-way fee. After arguing our case, they acknowledged it and promised a refund upon vehicle return. Luckily, everything went smoothly. When we returned the car at Adelaide Airport, they were quite good—checked the car's condition, printed the bill immediately, and handed it to us. Overall, a positive experience.
