However, they wanted to charge 1122 AUD. We questioned this, and the staff said it was because we hadn't paid the one-way rental fee. Confused, we signed the paperwork. When returning the car, we realized they had calculated the rental as nine days and added the one-way fee. After arguing our case, they acknowledged it and promised a refund upon vehicle return. Luckily, everything went smoothly. When we returned the car at Adelaide Airport, they were quite good—checked the car's condition, printed the bill immediately, and handed it to us. Overall, a positive experience.
