You can walk to the counter of Enterprise - Paris Charles De Gaulle Airport car rental.

Our counters are situated at Terminal 2E/F and Terminal 1. For Terminal 2E/F: When you arrive from Terminal 2E/F/G or by TGV, please follow the signs to find Terminal 2E/F until rental area "location de voitures". The counter is situated outside the terminal building. For Terminal 1, exit your flight via the baggage reclaim and you will find our counter to the right. Please note if your reservation is for a minibus (9 seater), you will need to collect this from Terminal 2E/F due to height restrictions.

Drop-off Instructions

Paris CDG Airport – Terminal 1 Car Rental Return: 1. Set your navigator to Terminal 1. 2. As you approach the Terminal 1 building, keep left and go up the bridge into the building. 3. Continue to keep left, following the overhead "Car Rental" signs until you see an uphill entrance. 4. Go up and enter the Car Rental Parking, then follow the Alamo/Enterprise/National logo to the designated return area. CDG Terminal 2 A/B/C/D/E/F Car Rental Return: 1. Set your navigator to Terminal 2. 2. Once in the airport area, slow down and follow the overhead signs for "CAR RENTAL T2 A/B/C/D" or "CAR RENTAL T2 E/F", depending on your departure terminal. 3. Enter the correct lane and continue to follow the signs to the car rental parking on the ground floor. 4. Upon entering, follow the Alamo/Enterprise/National logo to the designated return area.

They didn't provide the reserved car, but instead a Citroen wagon of the same class, which was acceptable. Due to significant temperature differences in Europe between morning and evening, I didn't check the air conditioning in detail after arriving on an early flight. Later, it turned out that the air conditioner was not working at all, making the drive extremely sweaty. Tried to contact for a vehicle replacement and file a complaint, but knowing the efficiency in Europe, they ignored it and asked me to return to the pick-up point. By then, I had already driven over a hundred kilometers. By the time I returned the car, the issue was still unresolved. Overall, the experience was okay as a regular QEEQ user. QEEQ also assisted but couldn't control the outcome completely. One thing to note, unlike pre-pandemic times, you must have a Visa card without UnionPay! Remember this, or you will face significant inconvenience across Europe, except in major tourist cities.

The price was very cheap and cost-effective. I originally booked a Ford Edge, but when picking up the car, they replaced it with a Renault seven-seater hybrid SUV, which was very fuel-efficient. Returning the car was extremely difficult to figure out; I highly recommend locating the return area in advance. It took me an hour and a half circling the airport to find the drop-off spot.
