Please go to the car rental counter on the first floor of the International Terminal and take the shuttle bus to the rental location. It takes around 10-15 minutes from the bus stop to the off-site pick-up location. Please note that it may take longer to get there during busy hours or peak season. If there are no staff members at the counter, please use the phone on the counter to contact the location.

Drop-off Instructions

Please bring back your car 2 hours before your departure time (Shuttle service is a 15-minute drive away). The roads nearby tend to be crowded during holidays, so make sure to return your car ahead of schedule. Finish the return process at the counter before getting on the shuttle. If you need to refill your gas tank at the rental site, please ask our staff for assistance. For your safety, do not enter the area where the gas pumps are located.

Overall service was satisfactory, but the only drawback was the shuttle bus after returning the car dropped us off at the domestic terminal, which required a long walk. The driver clearly knew we were international tourists and could have dropped us off at the international terminal but didn't even ask, which felt somewhat intentional. By the way, our family of four were the only passengers in the vehicle.
