    The car boot came with this metal bar that is as long as the width of the car. We had lots of luggage hence needed the space. In the end we had to put the metal bar in an awkward position.     A map showing where the car is located would really help we spent ages lookING for the car. Although my fault I was so busy looking up at numbers that I missed a step by the lifts and pushed my father in the wheelchair over the step (although it has a tape it is faded and if looking up is very easy to miss) and he fell out and banged his head. Why does the alamo sector have a reverse numbering scheme to the rest of the whole parking lot.

    Very satisfied, there was no queue when we rented the car. The receptionist was a male salesman with a ponytail, he was very enthusiastic and efficient. He even helped us drive the car to the door outside the counter. Although he wasn't there when we returned the car, another staff member helped us park the car back in the parking lot.
