Like: Staff were very polite and efficient. Booking on the internet was simple and fast
Dislike: Drop off was opposite Don Muan Airport and difficult to access. The car appeared to be an older or well used model with many scratches and dents.

The car charger is not working, you delay my schedule for an hour just to find out charger is not working. Then change me another car. The second finally charger is working. GPS is a piece of rubbish never use GPS that rubbish and slow. Even Google map is better. The car have no backward radar, what car not have radar now-a-days. The car also do not have auto head light, no auto rain brush. How old is the car. Is it over 10 years? Finally , the car do run normally, and the drop off counter have good services

Rent Toyota Yaris for 3 days, the car is a very old model, doesnt even have bluetooth system which was a huge disappointment. Cleanliness should be improved, although there is not visible stain or dirt inside, some of the area on front panel, steering wheel and door area felt very sticky, i have to wipe down those area by myself. other than these two issues, car was alright.

My flight landed about 11.15pm, manage to get the car by 11.45pm. Good service provided, car in good condition and clean. We return the car at town, but stuck in heavy traffic. The male staff member at the pickup was too old, didn't speak Chinese, and his English was poor. It took a long time and the experience was not good. The rental cost was around 9000 THB for six days, much more expensive than I expected. There's also a 5000 THB pre-authorization that I don't know when it will be refunded; if not, it's a scam. When returning the car, I drove from Bangkok to Don Mueang Airport, but it took more than an hour to reach their office from the airport. It was very confusing! There were no gas stations nearby, and with half a tank left, they charged me 800 THB for fuel. Plus, there was a small scratch on the door for which I was charged 1500 THB, which I accepted. Next time, I will try to choose a rental company located inside the airport.

I have nearly 20 years of car rental experience in various companies in Thailand and have been renting with this company for several years.

This time, the vehicle had over 150,000 kilometers on it. It was very slow to start, and if an abrupt acceleration was needed to change lanes, it would likely get hit by other cars and be unable to escape. I believe this was due to the vehicle's deteriorated spark plugs, leading to a lack of power.

I hope for a better quality vehicle next time.
