When picking up the car at 8 AM, the staff arrived on time, processed everything quickly, and didn't ask for any additional charges.

Car was good. Although didn’t like having to lug my luggage over to the opposite hotel

Rent Toyota Yaris for 3 days, the car is a very old model, doesnt even have bluetooth system which was a huge disappointment. Cleanliness should be improved, although there is not visible stain or dirt inside, some of the area on front panel, steering wheel and door area felt very sticky, i have to wipe down those area by myself. other than these two issues, car was alright.
