You can walk to the counter of Alamo - Townsville Airport car rental.

Your Rental will be serviced by Enterprise. Upon arrival please be on the lookout for Enterprise’s counter located in the Arrivals hall of the airport terminal. Your rental will be serviced there. The rental counter is located on the ground floor of the Townsville Airport. Proceed to the baggage claim area then follow the signs to the Car Rental counters. The counter is located at the end of the Arrivals hall opposite Baggage carousel 2.
