The rental price this time was relatively reasonable. The procedures for picking up and returning the car were simple. Alamo's staff had a good attitude, and the car we rented was quite new, with less than 6000 miles on it. Overall, it was a satisfying experience. The downside was that there were too many people picking up cars, and it took three hours of waiting in line to get the car. Hopefully, Alamo can come up with a better plan for handling such situations when there are a lot of customers.

The company is great, reliable, and the vehicle condition is quite good. I booked three FULL SIZE SUVs, and they upgraded two of them to extended SUVs, while one was downgraded to a standard SUV. By comparison, the full-size Chevrolet SUV is easier to drive than the extended version.
