Pick-up at Brisbane Airport took quite a while – there were only two counters, shared with another rental company, so we waited around 30 minutes in line. That said, the staff were friendly and helpful, which made the wait more acceptable.

The company provided excellent service, and the car was in great condition, making it a breeze to drive. When renting, we initially chose Sydney T2 Terminal as the drop-off location. On the return day, we arrived at T2, and the staff proactively asked if we were on a domestic or international flight. Upon learning it was an international flight, they immediately informed us that we could return the car directly at T1 Terminal (for international flights) and gave us the exact drop-off address. This was incredibly convenient, and we're very grateful.

The service attitude was excellent, and the vehicle was very new. I landed at 7 PM, and the staff was very patient, giving me a Mazda 3 with 10,000 kilometers on it. The car had high specifications, was very smooth to drive, and had unlimited mileage. Overall, it was a great experience, and the location wasn't far.
