Car was old, high mileage, beat up, smelled like smoke, waited 2 hours for the “shuttle” to pick us up because their “communication system was acting up.” I have two babies and had to wait until 10pm for anyone to arrive. They kept telling us they were 30 minutes away. 2 hours later our pathetic rental arrived. we texted them off my phone and my wife’s phone, they responded to my wife but not me, my name and phone number was on the contract, not my wife’s.

Although the company is small and hasn't been established for very long, with only one or two staff members, I was initially worried after reading some reviews. But it turned out to be quite the opposite. Their service was excellent, the young staff were very friendly, and they responded to questions quickly. They would do their best to meet any requests you have. We will definitely rent from them again next time we go to the U.S., as they offer great value for money!

AZ Customer Service Team was helpful. My recommendation to AZ Rentals would be to ensure their vehicle's cigarette lighters are functioning properly, given they're used to power multiple small electronic devices, through adapters, including: Garmin GPS Devices, Multiple Cell Phones and MP3 Players.
