AZ does not accept the Orlando Visitor Toll Pass, requiring an additional daily fee of $14.99 or pay-per-use for toll roads. In the end, the total cost is higher compared to major rental companies at the airport. The vehicle is old and lacks value for money.

Excelente customer care and service

At first you assigned me a security deposit of 1000 dollars which seemed very high to me because I had already paid for insurance against theft and collision car. During the check in process at AZ rent a car they helped me lower it to 500 which still seemed very high to me, but more reasonable than the first one.

It was okay.

The rental deposit is charged as a regular payment instead of a pre-authorization, and I ended up unable to get the deposit back. Additionally, I was charged for tolls twice!
