Have used Dollar before & they did not disappoint this time as it was a weekday afternoon & I was served immediately. Weekend/morning pickups have been considerably lengthy in past.

Arrived late, hardly had to queue.

Staff very disinterested (Labor Day, why are we here?), only 2 cars in lot when I arrived, then another, to be mine, arrived for drop off, so got minor upgrade to medium SUV from medium saloon, as they didn't have anything else except 2 luxury enormous SUVs

Good. The car had some scratches, the automatic braking system activated with light braking. One day, the dashboard showed a yellow tire pressure warning light. Remember to take photos or videos when picking up the car, ensuring they include the parking space, the rental company's premises, and the company logo, to provide evidence that the scratches existed before the car was picked up.

They made mistakes with the car twice, and I had to move my luggage three times. Their attitude was poor. Returning the car was very convenient.

The process is simple, highly efficient, and the service is pretty good.

Service was alright, but we were charged an extra $88 for insurance. Dollar's service was mediocre. The car provided by the rental company had a windshield that was coming off and leaking air. We only discovered the source of the noise after driving 200 miles. We detoured to Salt Lake City's Dollar Airport location to exchange the car, but the staff insisted we call customer service to get a confirmation number. In the end, we gave up and drove the car back to Denver. Exchanging the car was too exhausting and we didn't bother to file a complaint.

It was okay. The staff seemed a bit unfamiliar with the process, so the wait time was a bit long.

The booked Jeep wasn't available, so they upgraded me to a high-end GMC. Very impressive.

Overall okay

Car was big but perfect size for 4 adults with 4 ski bags. Didn't need to get roof racks.

Terrible scammers. They charge you for toll usage up front and promise to refund if you do not use it. I did not use one toll, yet they have still not refunded me. I try to contact them, but only get template replies.

Car excellent as was pickup and dropoff apart from wait for shuttle bus on arrival.

The staff at the pickup facility were great. The only problem was a 2.5-hour wait due to high-volume of people on vacation for a holiday weekend. The management could have done a better job anticipating demand.

The car performed flawlessly. The only part of the transaction that wasn't enjoyable was the pressure to upgrade the vehicle by the sales person at the time of pickup.

The shuttle worked well. Our customer service representative at Dollar was professional and straightforward. She didn't try to upsell on any additional protection. It was great!

Car took a long time to get as agent was trying to sell us extras we didn’t know we hadn’t paid for and to upgrade us even though we didn’t want to.

The car rental was through Thrifty, Not an inconvenience, although as we were waiting for the shuttle pickup at the airport, we noticed that the other rental agencies had shuttles more thoroughly.

When I rented the car, it was supposed to be a large SUV. I expected to have a suburban or XL Yukon as shown in the pictures. But when I got to the counter, the clerk told me that the car is not any of the two or an equivalent one. she told if I want one them I have to pay an extra $1,600. I had to accept what was offered to me but I was so frustrated because the storage area after seating 7 people will be extremely small. Also after like 20 days from renting the car a message popped out in the dashboard says that the car needs maintenance.
