There were a few small scratches on the upper part of the rear bumper that were already there, and the staff acknowledged it after I explained. The vehicle's dashboard showed a maintenance reminder, so I suggest the company ensures timely maintenance of their cars. Also, the service fee for toll payment collection is $2.95 per transaction, which feels a bit excessive.

The rental agency seems to be run by Indians as most staff are Indian. Their attitude is good, but the processing is slow because many tasks require manual input. They also asked for the CVV code for the credit card pre-authorization, which felt a bit insecure. Insurance was promoted but not forced, the condition of the car was good, and the return inspection was quick.
