I had an email confirming that the the car was off hired and returned with no new damage on the off hire due day (10 11 22) The company has tried to charge my card €720.05 yesterday (10 19 22) with no explanation. Fortunately I use a travel debit card with not much credit and so was declined! I would like an explanation from the hire company please.

We couldn’t find the representative, but she came after few calls and asking for her. At the check-in we purchased the toll (he said we need to pay around 15eur) so we can use highways. During check-out they asked me for another 20 EUR for the toll?! So I told her I already paid for it and she said that was just the activation of the machine (thats not what he said....) so if you plan this trip, don’t buy it at the counter, but at the post office. Might be cheaper...

Poor Euro car rental better

I asked for a small car and that's what I got so I was okay with that and the condition of it. However i paid over £300 online with waiver insurance but then paid over £300 again for waiver insurance at turisprime complete rip off would rather crawl on my holiday than us them again. Customer ( counter) service completely stuck up we keep you open and pay your wages if customers like us don't book with you, you would be looking for new jobs. Euro car rental way better which I will be using next time and would recommend others too as well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Total scam on overpriced insurance

Will never use them again after we had to pay extra £100 for5 day rental. Best Deal was extra £35 for 5 days with car hire only costing £85 in total in February

Car was great and clean. Very economical so only had to put €8 to fill it back up!

Good service, friendly staff. Do make you pay an activation fee for the tolls which is a bit naughty!
