Very good, Sky helped upgrade the car model and provided a brand-new vehicle within one year, making it very comfortable to drive. Overall pricing is reasonable compared to major rental companies, but there's no counter inside the airport, so pickup is outside the airport.

Very satisfied, the staff were very patient, much better than my experience with Hertz. I've decided to stick with YesRentalCar for future rentals. Compared to Hertz, which charged me random fees (even though I returned the car with a full tank, they charged me a fee for not refueling fully), YesRentalCar treats customers with respect.

The was fantastic! The customer service provided by Sky (employee) was outstanding. From the moment he picked us up at the airport to the drop off back at the airport he was personable, friendly, I couldn't recommend him higher. Overall a great experience.

Just call to request the pick-up when arrived at the terminal, and they take just 5 mins to pick me up. Another 5 mins from the terminal area to the office. The process is very fast. Get the car within 15 mins. Car condition was great and clean!
