Pickup process is convenient; Alamo and Enterprise are adjacent and not far from the parking lot. Clear signs for return. I left something in the car and tried repeatedly to contact the rental company through QEEQ, but received no response. Later, I asked someone to visit the store, and they claimed it was not found and had already responded... European efficiency is truly questionable. Overall, the car rental experience was still pretty good.
