A very good car rental company. They gave us a discount when we extended the rental by one more day. They also provided a free ride to the airport. The service was friendly, and Lashen helped us with the return process, which was very fast and simple without any hidden charges.

Generally satisfied, there was a pick-up and drop-off service.

I had contacted Europcar prior to my arrival and they had assured that the process will be smooth. Their representative Mr. Nilantha was supportive during the handover and takeover process which went smooth. Sri Lanka is currently facing an issue with fuel and i suggest customers to plan their trips accordingly.

Customer service was excellent as they had called me to ask if the return of the vehicle was smooth.II hhad faced an issue which was lack of communication and wanted qeeq to help me out with any contact details to handover. Unfortunately I was sent with the generic details and that wasn't helpful. Overall experience was great and sure I'll be using your services next time.

Started looking for the SR Rent A Car counter at the airport arrival hall but couldn't find it... After asking around, I found someone holding a sign... Then I took a 15-minute ride to their office, and the entire process, including paperwork and car pickup, took about 30 minutes. Everything went smoothly with no extra fees. The handover included checking the mileage, fuel gauge, and car paint. Any issues were noted and photographed for upload to QEEQ.

We rented Car from Easycars(Europe cars). Car was on time delivery. They gave us very good Honda Hybrid car and car was good and staff was co-operative. We may rent again from them. We drove car for more than 5 days in different places of SriLanka.

They gave me the wrong (downgrade) car. I am still waiting for a reply to my complaint.

Booked car was compact class (Toyota Aqua), but was given car from class mini (Perodua Bezza). And the staff of rental told us that it's better car. It was a blatant lie! So we paid more for worse car! It was disgusting! Rental is fully scammers. The car was in terrible condition: big dents, tire tread completely erased, dirt in the car, car suspention problems... They use the fact that you have nowhere to go because you need a car and pretend they don’t understand your English. If you book their car, be careful, insist on your own and check everything very carefully. Finally I have to say that it is not a real Europcar, all cars are given from local rental SR rent a car. So be very careful booking car in this area.
