Pickup at the airport was very enthusiastic; the car broke down in Bali, and the rental company sent someone to fix it; allowed us to change the drop-off location and picked up the car from the new location.
The car was in good condition, and the staff of the rental company resolved issues promptly, enthusiastically, and professionally. It was an excellent experience.
When I arrived at the airport, I really didn't know where the AVIS counter was, so I asked around. Eventually, someone told me it was at the tourist information center. After going there, someone helped me contact the AVIS staff. After a while, a person in an AVIS uniform came over holding a sign with my name on it. It turns out the staff were waiting for us at the arrival area, but we didn't notice and were searching around cluelessly.
The car was okay but cleanliness was not. The car ceiling is dirty.
It was less than 24 hrs receive the information as trac (service provider) no longer has airport counter
