Pickup was efficient, but make sure to thoroughly photograph any scratches on the vehicle during pickup. When I returned the car, they checked the scratches carefully to ensure everything matched.
After we arrived at the airport, we reached the car rental location without any obstacles and picked up the car smoothly. The staff were very friendly and did not try to upsell any additional insurance.
I booked a Polo but they upgraded me to a T-Roc (I think it’s called 探歌 in China). The car was really new and spotless, the paperwork only took a few minutes, and the staff were super friendly.
The address in the GPS is spot on. It’s tucked inside a small side entrance on the left of a big parking lot, with a clear rental car sign at the door. No hidden charges at all.
Everything was explained really clearly, the reminders were thorough, the service was attentive, the price was fair, the car was in excellent condition, and both pickup and return were super convenient.
