Pros: They pick you up in the car you rent. They properly document any vehicle damages and remind you to do the same. The pickup process was fairly quick and easy. Condition of the car was fine. Cons: When you arrive, you are surprised by cleaning and another fee. While they are probably in some print somewhere, they were not obvious through the booking process. When returning the car, they expect you to fill the gas tank to a fraction, not full. It is a pain and would be much easier if the car had a full tank of gas when you got it and had to be returned that way. When we returned the car, the refund of the deposit to our credit card failed completely. They said the option is to do a wire transfer, which according to the internet is sketchy.

The website is good. We will possibly use it again if it has the best price. We did not end up needing customer service for anything, so I can't speak about that.

The counter staff and vehicle inspection staff were very helpful.

I had a few options to choose from all at great prices.

Island facilitated me with a brand new 2020 Toyota Hiace, which had the space and all the amenities I needed.

The booking process was a breeze and I ended up getting the best price for the rental when compared to others.

I like renting from island car rentals, great vehicles for what I need them to do.

5star..Very professional. Every person we interacted with friendly and professional. Wish more business in Jamaica operate like this. Definitely recommend them to persons visiting the Island. Rental vehicle (Toyota Noah) was perfect for my family. Plenty of space throughout the entire vehicle. Vehicle was clean, presentable, well maintained and safe to drive. Thankyou Addcar. First time using. Very satisfied.

I rented the Rav4, the car was older than I expected but I rented for 1 week and had no mechanical faults, AC and radio worked well also. After reading reviews I was worried I would have problems with my deposit being returned but I had no problems I got my refund soon as I returned the vehicle.

Had to wait over 2 hrs for island to reopen. Waited another 2hrs to check out and receive the vehicle.

The service was excellent and very thorough.

Was not please with the service from the agent. I was using a credit card that has rental car insurance as an amenity. When I told the agent she said sure it can be accepted once I provided proof. After I contacted my bank in her presence and provided said proof she said it is acceptable on all other vehicles but not for the hiace bus. I found that very deceptive because initially she had said it would have been acceptable once I provided the proof but afterwhich I did, all of a sudden it's not acceptable. She just wanted to upsell me the additional insurance even though I did not need it and my credit card covers rental car insurance. I will be looking at other rental companies in the future.

Simple process and the counter was easy to find.

Even though the staff were friendly, the rental I received needed maintenance because the line and balance were off and the engine was so loud I thought it was going to break down.

Good service, no hidden charges, and clean vehicles.
