The car was quite new and in excellent condition. The check-in process was short and efficient. Check-out was at a hotel in Tallinn, after-hours. The receptionist let us into the hotel parking, we filed the forms and dropped them in a box with the key. That's it.

Booking was easy and insurance conditions were given clearly. Customer Service clarified our questions regarding the check-out process.

Returning the car was complicated. Although I was asked to call 30 mins before returning the car as there may not be staff at the counter, no one picked up the phone. I called several times and proceeded to the return point anyway as my return time was looming. There I had to wait nearly an hour for staff to show up. They also have a lack of economical cars at the location.

The vehicle was in good condition, but it lacked the manual transmission I wanted. They also tried to upsell me on insurance I didn't need. When I declined, they increased my security deposit to €4,000. Additionally, they tried to charge me an extra fee for cleaning the car: €30 at pickup or €40 at drop-off.

The counter staff let us wait when we first arrived and took no notice of us until they were done with whatever else they were doing. On drop off they were barely communicative with no thank you all for renting from them.

The car had just over 20,000 kilometers, its condition was acceptable, and the features were decent. Overall, it was okay, but try not to arrive too early.

Overall experince is OK despite long wait for person coming to serve. Customer services response I have to admit was very good. However, I missed attention to positively assess situation occured and keep me as a customer happy, frankly speaking we are right you are wrong, keep paying at top prices.. My mistake that I did not make my own records of car condition on collection which is well worth to do-spend additional 5 min to record ALL sratches or dents on the car.Some agents could be very picky. A small discount on the bill for example or discount card for next visit finalising whole rental experience could keep me as a more or less happy Budget customer but I am afraid not now. Leaving empty fuel tank doesn't work for me as didn't have idea how big is a fuel tank in the car nor wanted to do research on it.

The customer service at pick up in Vilnius has been exceptional! One of the best car rental experiences I’ve had! Super helpful and very presentable!

Good cost, but it was confusing as the links led to the website in french language. Eventually all was in order.

The staff at the rental car company were very helpful. Even though the store location on my order differed from the airport location I selected when booking the car, they still assisted me so I could pick up the car at the airport.

the pick up was a bit stressful as the office moved across the street and it's not comfortable to get the car when you have luggages. otherwise great service, car and the best thing that you dont need to worry about washing the car before drop off.
