Just a heads-up for everyone, besides checking the car's exterior, make sure to check the dashboard as well. We only noticed the tire pressure warning light was on after we started driving, so we went back to the rental office. The staff said there was no issue and it was safe to drive. However, I was planning to drive to Medina, a round trip of 800 kilometers, and it didn’t feel right to drive with that light on. In the end, they replaced the car for us. Everything else was fine.

Excellent service! The car was brand new, and as the first driver, it felt amazing. The staff delivered and picked up the car at my doorstep, provided thoughtful reminders, and made me feel at home in a foreign country. Fantastic service!
