Since I have a Korean driver's license, I could pick up the car by myself without any assistance from the rental company staff, which is great for those who are socially anxious.

Brian of Bella Jeju was very nice. He contacted us by WhatsApp. He picked us up at the airport and then dropped us off at the airport after we dropped off the car. He took the time to explain the rental contract so that I fully understood the liability and insurance. And he also programmed our GPS for us.

QEEQ was fine. Based upon my one experience, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Picking up and returning the car was very smooth. We opted for pre-registration and used an electronic pickup system on-site, eliminating the need to visit the counter, which was very fast. The electronic unlocking system was quite advanced, but the only issue was having to locate the email link, re-enter the webpage, and use a verification code each time to unlock and lock the car, which was somewhat time-consuming. It would be much more convenient if they offered a mobile app in the future.
