They will make you change cars, default add $40 for fuel, $150 for tolls and maintenance, insurance, etc., totaling around $450 in additional charges.

Long wait in location to pick up the car. Tried to sell me Ezpass or equivalent in which I really did not need. I think I asked them about it so it may be my fault but if they say you need a more powerful car don't listen to them. However the actual car I got and the price I paid was amazing and that is what matters the most, car drove well no problem with it whatsoever aka. did not impair my vacation expect the long wait as location. Also easy drop off and fast shuttle back the airport.

Saved me money on a coupon.

Like: We reserve a small car. They gave a suburban truck which is so huge. Eats up a lot of gas but on the second thought, we liked it because we ended up taking cadets with us in Colorado springs. We also like the shuttle bus driver which is a lady who took us where we suppose to have our reservations.
Dislike: We had a hard time finding where is easy rent a car place. We went first to enterprise. They told us our reservations is not there. I have to search my email and went thru websites, gladly find that are reservations are into advantage..

Like: Price was good, car was clean
Dislike: Car had nearly 50K miles and it felt beaten up. But it survived the mountains in CO so it's alright
