During refueling, the fuel cap fell off, which I believe was already damaged when I picked up the car. I reported this to Reach Car Rental when I returned the vehicle, but their response was that they couldn’t refund my deposit. It has been over ten days since the return, and after multiple follow-ups, they finally responded today. Their response seemed deceitful and extortionate! They likely made me pay for the pre-existing damage. I hope QEEQ can protect customer rights!

Scheduled pickup time was around 8:30, but staff only arrived at 9:30 due to some reason. Understandable, but punctuality would be better.

No queues, no store, both times we went directly to the parking lot. Communication in Mandarin was convenient, but the professionalism needs improvement.
