rental car horrible with major staining. surprise deposit requests for $500.

Car was stained Shuttle van was dirty Pickup place at airport difficult to find Attempt to charge $10 for tolls / upon refusal threaten to charge $25 per toll if I didn’t pay the $10/day Required personal insurance coverages page (who carries that?) or force to take Easirent insurance. Not a bargain with added charges. Never again I will only deal with known, reputable companies in the future.

Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. Counter Agent Kavel Smith was extremely helpful and courteous. One suggestion would be to wash the interior of the airport van. It looked like it was rained on inside!

Shuttle driver told us they were out of cars, and a long line already waiting. Would be at least 1.5 hours before anything would be available. We had 2 small kids in need of a nap, and a short vacation where we didn't to lose an entire day waiting at the airport, so booked with another company and never got a car from them. Lesson learned - if it's too good of a deal, it probably is.

Service staff and shuttle are extremely slow and it took hours to get my car. Not acceptable at all!!
