The entire process was relatively quick, and the document verification was fast. Returning the car was also very efficient. Highly recommended.

The vehicle was dirty, besides - everything was fine

I waited a terribly long time for my car which is understandable because I rented it during busy season. But then after over an hour of waiting some cars of the class over the one I reserved showed up but the staff refused to upgrade me and proceeded to make me wait another full hour until my class car came. All through this last hour they kept on reassuring me that my car will arrive in just ten more minutes, just fifteen more minutes, because obviously they couldn't tell me that I will have to wait another hour. I was under the impression that the common courtesy of rental car companies is to bump you up a class if they don't have your car especially if you had already payed for it beforehand. Making you wait a bit is fine but over 2 hours is ridiculous.

Budget forced me into an upsell by telling me the car I wanted was going to be 2 hours late. I consider this a dirty trick, however the car they gave me was quite good so I can't decide if in the end I got a good deal or not.

Had to wait a little longer then expected,but overall the staff was helpful.
