The arrangements were quite orderly.

Dislike: Nothing

Like: Car was clean and tidy
Dislike: When collecting car no one showed me the controls of the car just got handed the keys and told to go to a number where car was parked

Like: The staff were very efficient and helpful

Like: In the parking garage, there was no wait and we were able to get the keys immediately and start our vacation!
Dislike: The wait to pick up the car in the terminal was long. The person waiting on us, was also on her cell phone, while serving us. The car had lots of small dings and scratches where it had hit things and the paint had chipped off. On the form the attendant gave us in the parking garage, none of these were checked off and should have been. When I told the attendant that there were many dings and scratches, she just told me to mark them off on the diagram but she should have really come out of the booth since she was not serving any customers at that point, and should have gone over the condition of the car with us.
