The agents provided us with an upgraded vehicle that was like new. We appreciated their kindness, understanding and responsiveness to our needs.

The counter staff never got the info from your agent that our plane was landing at 2:20 instead of 1 They wanted to charge us extra and then they realized it was less than a 2 hour difference. I was not aware that we needed to bring our insurance card. The list was not clear.

Very long wait picking up. Two people in front had to call their insurance companies. One walked out. The only car they had for us was a van. Badly worn tires. Body damage. They asked us to sign a blank sheet indicating no damage.
