Waiting for too long to get a car, when I was driving on the road about 30 minutes I got a flat tire after arriving to my hotel . I called the counter service or someone denied helping me out, service business is very poor, occupation is unprofessional . Service staff should inspect the entire car carefully before handing out the car to customers. P.S ,. There was a nail in the tire

It wasn’t expressed prior to pickup that my personal car insurance wouldn’t cover the rental car if the personal car was older then 2016. And that in Florida it is required to purchase speedy pass for tolls, even though I had a personal one. Which caused the car to be more then expected.

I didn’t see a price drop. But it was easy process

The price seemed good on the surface but we never got the car & had to book one at GreenMotion up the street. BUYER BEWARE: you must have a hard copy of insurance...... they would not accept our electronic insurance copy(as every other rental company does), nor had a printer or any accommodation to work around that. So I booked a car somewhere else as we sat in the tiny waiting room & took an Uber to get it. Was ultimately still cheaper than paying the hefty insurance cost One Switch wanted to charge.
