Interrent provided a car that exceeded my expectations at a fantastic price, brand new Mercedes Benz

At the counter of Interrent, there is any signs that the office of Interrent moved to Goldcar. At the counter of Goldcar there is no sign, that hier can pick up the car people with interrent voucher. I think you get what you pay for and it was very good value for money, however there is a very hard sell that you need to take out their insurance despite that we had taken separate insurance. You also have to give a credit card with a Euro 1000 deposit as I did not take the insurance. Also the fuel is a slight of hand and you will pay £22.50 for returning with a full tank ie which is still a cheaper option than returning empty. Car had about 20 points of damage which I had to record before taking the car, at the time I was picking up the car it was late at night and the car parking was poorly lit so it was difficult to access the condition of the car. I moved to a better lit area and took photos.

The whole process wasn't good. After I paid for your extra cover that meant nothing to the actual hirers and they wanted another 80 euros to cover again Plus a full tank on return. So your advertised price for car rental was not the price to pay all up. I didn't end up renting the car in the end and spent 9 hours in Jerez waiting for a bus.

Like: Receptionist was fabulous, arriving a little later than expected she was understanding and with no hassle proceeded with our booking.
Dislike: The obnoxious young man on return of the vehicle, abrupt no manners and obviously unable to cope under pressure !
